In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other illegal or prohibited activity.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment method fraud.

• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour towards taka ok staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — prior notice will be given).
• Self-exclusion requests initiated by the player.
